    • A ticket is equivalent to a completed interview. If candidates start the interview without finishing, it will not be counted as a ticket.

  • What is the type and maximum size for uploaded file?

    • MiaHire allows recruiters to upload MP4 videos with maximum size of 30MB and other attachment with maximum size of 10MB. For candidates, MiaHire allows PNG, JPG, & PDF file type with maximum size of 10MB.

  • Is there a feature for sharing Candidate's video answers?

    • Recruiters can assign company member with Evaluator & Viewer role to view candidates' profiles, including their video answers. MiaHire also allows external sharing via API access, which is available in MiaHire's Enterprise subscription plan.

  • How do recruiters manage company members' roles?

    • Recruiters can assign and manage each member's role within MiaHire application, including: Company Owner, Company Admin, Hiring Manager, Evaluator, and Viewer.

  • Is there a limit to the number of questions recruiters can include in an interview questionnaire?
